Photography is more than just pointing your camera and tripping the shutter. The end product, the actual edited capture, is more important than most folks realize. 

Knowing how to edit your selected favorite captures is as important as knowing how to use your camera, understanding exposure, and composing a captivating image.  Your camera is a powerhouse. Learn how to unveil the beauty in that flat, RAW image.  Digital photography requires the use of the digital darkroom to produce the best and most artistic output from the RAW file.

If you aren’t shooting RAW, this workshop will show you why you should consider it.

In this hands-on How to Edit Your Photographs workshop, learn pro-level editing to elevate your serious photography – ideal for hobbyists, travel shooters, or anyone who takes photography seriously.

  • Or free GIMP on the desktop.

• Cropping, blemish removal.

• Targeted edits

• Filters
• Vignettes
• Compositing for your signature style.
• Looking at an image from a different perspective

• Format: Live Zoom (recorded) sessions.
• Duration: 4 weeks, 2 hours/week (8 hours total).
• Group Size: Max 12 for personalized feedback.
• Materials: Tutorials and sample RAW files provided – bring your laptop and camera photos.

This is an online workshop via Zoom that will be recorded and available for review. The recording and workshop materials will be available to all registered attendees.
