Books and Photography Prints.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your photography print or book purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. After 30 days from the date your order ships, merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Digital editions cannot be returned or refunded. Photo Tours and Workshops

Full payment is required for all workshops, photo tours, or classes (hereinafter known as the “Event(s)”) with a total cost of less than $300. For Events that are in excess of $300, there will be an Event-specific deposit price listed on the website to lock your spot in the Event. Full payment is required 3 months prior to the start of the Event. A separate invoice will be sent for the remaining balance 3.5 months prior to the start of the Event.

Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments toward your balance are fully refundable up to 90 days before the tour. If you withdraw from the tour and we can fill your spot, we will refund your payments (including deposit), less a $200 administrative fee, and any discounts given to fill the space. Cancellations for an Event where an entrance fee, lodging payment, vehicle, tickets, or another segment where the payment was incurred before the start of the Event by Silvana Della Camera Photography to reserve that segment the attendee will forfeit reimbursement for those fees.

Event Cancellation Policy: There is always the possibility that we may choose to cancel a workshop, photo tour, or class, and we reserve the right to do so at our discretion. This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. In the case of under-subscription, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Should that be the case, your registration fees will be refunded in full.

We strongly recommend purchasing gear and trip insurance to cover your costs in case of cancellation, illness or withdrawal. For any reason, cancellation must be in writing (e-mail or regular mail). If we cancel the Event for any reason, a full refund will be given to each participant.

Pricing

Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. However, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.

Acceptance of Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event, your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).

Shipping

All book and photography print orders require a valid address. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Worldwide shipping is available upon request.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund, or credit.
