We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with a physical item (book or photography print), we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns for Physical Products (Books & Prints)
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Refund options: Full refund of the product price or free replacement/exchange.
- What’s not refunded: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs (except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Digital products & downloads: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at si*****************@***il.com (or use the contact form) to request a return authorization.
- We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the exact shipping address.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back (you cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Photo Tours, Workshops & Experiences
Deposits and bookings for workshops, photo tours, and classes are non-refundable or have separate cancellation terms. Please see our full Terms of Sale for details.
