We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with a physical item (book or photography print), we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns for Physical Products (Books & Prints)

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund options: Full refund of the product price or free replacement/exchange.
  • What’s not refunded: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs (except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect).
  • Digital products & downloads: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at si*****************@***il.com (or use the contact form) to request a return authorization.
  2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the exact shipping address.
  3. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back (you cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Photo Tours, Workshops & Experiences

Deposits and bookings for workshops, photo tours, and classes are non-refundable or have separate cancellation terms. Please see our full Terms of Sale for details.
